Process as Art, Living in the Flow

Earlier today I recalled a story my Grandfather had told me about his childhood. The gist of the story was that during the Depression there was a season where they had to wear shoes with the soles worn away to the point that they hardly qualified as such. "So what did you do, Grandpa?" I asked. "I went on to school and all else I was s'pose to do." he answered in a tone that suggested I mind my common sense. He went on to tell of going to church with his Mom in t… Continue

Defining Opportunity Spaces

Although I've been a bit quiet, there is much going on behind the scenes. Among the things in progress is the paper I've been developing about the context and lessons of Cultural Fusion. In that pursuit I have again revised the opening. This article is an excerpt from my paper/manuscript still in progress. The biggest change is that profit and social capital divorced :-( I was initially very sad about this, but alas social capital has a new love and it is a romance made in cyberspace!Continue

Cultural Fusion-Shifting Reality

Clearly since I first shared my vision of Cultural Fusion experiences that create Com- Fusion Galaxy I have known change was underway. Sure, I expected that one day the dream would become my reality. BT nothing had prepared me for how this change would occur

When I left off with the last installment of The Story I was considering vacation from

The You seen the Room yet?

It's been a great weekend with plenty of work getting done. I have one painting well underway and near completion... i read a quote from Mark Rothko where he declared he was not an abstractionist but rather one deeply interested in exploring human emotions. This has started me to reconsider the degree to which emotions frame e

International Day of Peace- Join us

Another Little Peace 2007-2008

The launch of this event has been altered due to delays with Hotel Infinity development.

The idea is to advance radical inclusion by making it easier for more people to participate in creating culture of peace now..not as some distant future to be left in the hands of politicians.

This means starting where we are at this moment. Despite the conflicts around us, peace always starts

Confession time....connectiong spaces

Let's start with a confession....
I have a bit of an obsession when it comes to linking and connecting online spaces. I know linking is nothing new, but i suppose i bring a sort of metaphysical line of thinking to this benign activity. To my mind and heart it is a way of linking concepts and expanding their space to garner more attention with this emphasis.....

I think i'll share a few things that have captured my interest or attention. The themes may not be overt, but all relate to… Continue
